Q: How does JTE work?

A: Extensive research is performed to find you your ideal itinerary. Once a collection of options are found, they are provided to you so you can book your dream vacation.
Q: What will my itinerary include?

​A: To ensure our clients get the most out of their travel experience, we can give a few different options for certain parts of the itinerary. Such as, accommodations, excursions, things to do and so on. Also, we ask that the intake form is completed so we can make an itinerary that meets your satisfaction.
Q: How are my options provided to me?

A: After we've done our research, we then provide you with some of the best options to chose from via email or text (if questions arise or if more information is needed about the options, a phone conversation will be available).
Q: Do I need to provide a credit card?

A: No. After paying for our services, you can book the recommended itinerary we provided on your own time, at your own pace. However, us booking on your behalf is an option, in which we would need your payment information.
Please note: The prices listed on JTE is separate from the prices list on the provided itinerary.
Q: After I book my service, what happens next?

A: Filling out the intake form will give us a baseline on what your travel needs are. If we need more information, we will contact you via email/text/call (whichever is preferred) within 24-48 hours. Collecting this information will help us build the best itineraries possible.
Q: When to select customize or customize package?
​
A: Select the Customize option when you want to get options other than flight or stay (e.g. excursions, cruises, etc). Choose Customize Package if you want a collection of these options.
Q: How long after booking will I receive itinerary options?
​
A: For the benefit of being able to book, each service states duration is 1 hour. However, to be able to create the best itinerary that fits your travel needs, more time will be needed and you'll receive an itinerary within 72 hours of your booked session.
Q: What if I do not like the itinerary that was build for me?

A: To achieve customer satisfaction, we ensure we use all our resources. However, if the itinerary provided doesn't meet you needs, we can work together to build your ideal itinerary. Filling out the intake form is key to getting you the ideal itinerary as quickly as possible
